The Goddess Hel or Hela if you prefer.

 

Depending on how you interpret the Norse (or Marvel) mythology available, she is either the Daughter of Loki or his sister!

 

I prefer to think of her as his Daughter. She is the daughter of a Giantess and the Sister to Fenris, Sleipner and Jormangandr. Like all of Loki's children, Hel was not born a perfect goddess. She has both Beauty and Death in her visage. She is Queen of Helheim and guardian of the Dead.
